Day 1: Arrival in Kampala
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Take some time to rest and recover from your journey. In the evening, you can explore the vibrant city of Kampala and experience its bustling markets and lively nightlife.
Day 2: Kampala City Tour
After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Kampala. Visit popular attractions such as the Uganda Museum, Kasubi Tombs, and the bustling Owino Market. You can also take a walk through the lovely gardens at the Uganda Martyrs Shrine. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Ugandan dinner and cultural performance.
Day 3: Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, depart from Kampala and head towards Lake Mburo National Park. The drive offers beautiful scenery as you pass through rolling hills, plantations, and small villages. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and have some time to relax. In the afternoon, take a boat ride on Lake Mburo and spot various aquatic wildlife.
Day 4: Game Drive in Lake Mburo National Park
Start your day with an early morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. Explore the savannah plains teeming with wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and antelopes. You may also have the chance to spot leopards and hyenas. After the game drive, return to your lodge for breakfast and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 5: Lake Mburo National Park to Kampala
After breakfast, bid farewell to Lake Mburo National Park and drive back to Kampala. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and enjoy some leisure time. You can explore the local markets for souvenirs or simply relax at the hotel.
Day 6: Jinja and the Source of the Nile
Today, embark on a scenic drive to Jinja, the adventure capital of Uganda. Visit the Source of the Nile, where the mighty river starts its journey. Enjoy a boat ride on the Nile and witness the spectacular Bujagali Falls. You can also try out thrilling activities like white-water rafting or bungee jumping (optional). Return to Kampala in the evening.
Day 7: Entebbe Botanical Gardens
Take a day trip to Entebbe and explore the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Stroll through the lush gardens, admire the diverse plant species, and spot various bird species. You can also visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, which is home to rescued animals and offers educational experiences. Return to Kampala in the evening.
Day 8: Cultural Experience in Kampala
Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Uganda with a visit to the Ndere Centre in Kampala. Enjoy traditional music and dance performances showcasing the country's diverse ethnic groups. Day 9: Departure from Kampala
After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Kampala. Our representative will transfer you to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Uganda exploration.
