Day 1: Arrival in Kampala

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our representative will meet and greet you, and then transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Take some time to relax and acclimate to the surroundings.

Day 2: Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, we will depart Kampala and head towards Lake Mburo National Park. The journey takes approximately 4 hours, but along the way, you will enjoy beautiful landscapes and rural Ugandan life. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive to explore the park's diverse wildlife, including zebras, impalas, buffalos, and various bird species.

Day 3: Game Drives and Boat Safari in Lake Mburo National Park

Start your day with an early morning game drive, as the wildlife is most active during this time. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, leopards, and other predators. After the game drive, return to your lodge for a hearty breakfast. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on Lake Mburo, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and numerous water birds.

Day 4: Lake Mburo to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Today, we will depart Lake Mburo and drive towards Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The journey takes approximately 5-6 hours, but the scenic beauty of the countryside makes it worthwhile. Upon arrival at Bwindi, check-in at your lodge and relax for the rest of the day, preparing for the exciting gorilla trekking experience the following day.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Today is the highlight of your safari – gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After an early breakfast, head to the park's headquarters for a briefing and allocation of gorilla groups. Accompanied by experienced guides, trek through the dense forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Once you locate them, spend a magical hour observing and photographing these incredible creatures.

Day 6: Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, depart Bwindi and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy a game drive en route, as you enter the park. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in the Kasenyi plains, known for its abundant wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalos, and various antelope species.

Day 7: Game Drives and Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Start the day with an early morning game drive in the park, where you have a chance to spot more wildlife and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Return to the lodge for breakfast, and then relax until lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and a plethora of bird species.

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National Park to Kampala

After breakfast, bid farewell to Queen Elizabeth National Park and drive back to Kampala. Along the way, you will have a chance to stop at the Equator for photo opportunities and souvenir shopping. Arrive in Kampala in the late afternoon, where our representative will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight or to your hotel for an overnight stay.
