Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Arusha! Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax and acclimatize to the local surroundings. Arusha is a vibrant city located at the foothills of Mount Meru, offering a blend of cultural heritage and natural beauty.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we will drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its diverse wildlife population and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive in this stunning park, where you may encounter elephants, lions, giraffes, and more. In the late afternoon, we will head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3-4: Serengeti National Park (Northern and Central)
Today, we will embark on a scenic drive to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. We will explore both the Northern and Central areas of the park, which are known for their abundant wildlife and spectacular landscapes. Keep your eyes peeled for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras traverse the plains in search of greener pastures. Overnight stay will be at a lodge or tented camp within the park.
Day 5: Northern Serengeti
Continue your exploration of the Serengeti, specifically focusing on the Northern region. This area is renowned for its river crossings, as the migrating herds brave the crocodile-infested waters of the Mara River. Witness this thrilling spectacle and immerse yourself in the raw beauty of nature. Overnight stay will be at a lodge or tented camp in the Northern Serengeti.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
Today, we will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an incredible natural wonder. This massive caldera is home to a wide array of wildlife, including the Big Five. Enjoy a game drive in this unique setting, surrounded by the crater walls. Later in the day, we will ascend and drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Explore Arusha
After breakfast, we will return to Arusha. Spend the day exploring the city's markets, museums, and cultural sites. You can also opt for additional activities such as visiting a local Maasai village or taking a nature walk. Enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Tanzanian restaurant before retiring to your hotel for the night.
Day 8: Departure
It's time to bid farewell to Tanzania as we transfer you to the airport for your departure. Take with you unforgettable memories of the mesmerizing wildlife encounters and breathtaking landscapes you experienced during your Another World Wonder-Full Migration Safari.
