Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take some time to relax and acclimate to the local surroundings. In the evening, you will have a pre-safari briefing and equipment check for the upcoming adventure.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its vast elephant herds and baobab trees. Enjoy a full day game drive, spotting various wildlife species including lions, zebras, giraffes, and numerous bird species. In the late afternoon, head to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Today, you will head towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy a game drive en route, observing the diverse landscapes and wildlife. As you enter the Serengeti, keep an eye out for the iconic wildebeest migration (seasonal). Arrive at your lodge or camp in the heart of the Serengeti for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Highlands
Depart from the Serengeti after breakfast and drive towards the Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, you will pass through scenic landscapes and traditional Maasai villages. Arrive at your lodge in the Ngorongoro Highlands and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, taking in the tranquility of the highlands.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Today, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best wildlife viewing areas in Africa. Explore the diverse ecosystems within the crater, home to a wide variety of animals including elephants, lions, rhinos, and hippos. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before ascending back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Materuni Waterfall
After breakfast, venture to the beautiful Materuni Village located in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Take a guided hike through lush coffee plantations and reach the stunning Materuni Waterfall. Enjoy a refreshing swim and picnic lunch at the waterfall, surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. In the afternoon, return to Arusha for a relaxing evening.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight. Take with you unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the incredible natural wonders of Tanzania.
