Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our professional guide will meet you and transfer you to your accommodation. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey.
Day 2: Exploring Entebbe and Lake Victoria
Start your day with a visit to the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, where you can observe various species of primates and wildlife up close. Afterward, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa. Explore the beautiful islands and take in the stunning scenery.
Day 3: Kibale National Park
Leave Entebbe and embark on a scenic drive to Kibale National Park. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation and then set off on a guided nature walk through the park. Encounter various primate species, including chimpanzees, as well as other wildlife such as elephants and buffalo.
Day 4: Bigodi Wetlands
In the morning, visit the Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary. Take a guided walk through the swamp and forest, spotting different primate species like colobus monkeys and baboons. The wetlands are also home to a variety of bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers.
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse wildlife. Take a game drive through the park, where you may spot lions, elephants, buffalos, and various antelope species. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, where you can observe hippos, crocodiles, and a plethora of bird species.
Day 6: Ishasha
Head to the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, called Ishasha. This area is famous for its tree-climbing lions. Embark on a game drive in search of these unique lions resting on the branches of fig trees. Keep an eye out for other wildlife, such as elephants, hyenas, and various bird species.
Day 7: Departure
Sadly, it is time to say goodbye to Uganda. After breakfast, our guide will transfer you back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight. Take with you unforgettable memories of your primate and wildlife adventure in Uganda.
