Day 1: Arrival in Moshi
Welcome to Moshi, the starting point of your 7-day Northern Tanzania Explorer! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Moshi. Take the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart from Moshi and head towards Tarangire National Park. Known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers a unique wildlife experience. Enjoy game drives in the park, spotting various animals such as lions, leopards, giraffes, and zebras. In the evening, settle into your accommodation within or near the park.
Day 3: Lake Natron
Leave Tarangire and continue your adventure to Lake Natron. This alkaline lake is famous for its flamingo population and stunning landscapes. Day 4: Serengeti National Park

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, leave the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to an abundance of wildlife. Enjoy game drives on the crater floor, where you may encounter lions, rhinos, hippos, and various bird species. In the evening, head to your lodge near the crater rim and admire the breathtaking views.
Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park
Today, you will visit Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse landscapes and tree-climbing lions. Embark on game drives, exploring the park's lush forests, open savannahs, and the alkaline lake itself. Keep an eye out for elephants, baboons, giraffes, and the unique birdlife that inhabits the area. Overnight accommodation will be provided in or near the park.
Day 7: Return to Moshi
On the final day of your Northern Tanzania Explorer, you will return to Moshi. After breakfast, depart from Lake Manyara and make your way back to the starting point. Upon arrival in Moshi, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport or your chosen destination.
