Day 1: Arusha Arrival
Upon your arrival in Arusha, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Take some time to relax and explore the vibrant city of Arusha at your own pace.
Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we will depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and stunning baobab trees. Enjoy a thrilling game drive in the park, spotting various wildlife species such as lions, giraffes, zebras, and more. In the evening, we will set up our budget safari tent for a comfortable overnight stay within the park.
Day 3: Tarangire - Ngorongoro Crater
Today, we will head to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater and marvel at its breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. Keep an eye out for the "Big Five" - lions, elephants, buffalos, rhinos, and leopards. Later, we will set up our tented camp near the crater rim for a peaceful night's rest.
Day 4: Ngorongoro - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will drive to the world-famous Serengeti National Park, renowned for its annual wildebeest migration. Enjoy a game drive en route to the campsite, witnessing the vast savannah plains and spotting various wildlife along the way. As the sun sets, settle into your budget safari tent for a night in the heart of the Serengeti.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Today, we will spend the entire day exploring the wonders of the Serengeti. Embark on morning and afternoon game drives, taking the opportunity to witness the incredible wildebeest migration and encounter other wildlife such as cheetahs, zebras, and hyenas. As the day comes to a close, return to the campsite for a cozy overnight stay.
Day 6: Serengeti - Lake Natron
Leaving Serengeti behind, we will make our way to Lake Natron, a scenic soda lake that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Take a refreshing dip in the lake's natural pools or embark on a guided hike to explore the nearby waterfalls and flamingo breeding grounds. In the evening, set up camp near the lake for a peaceful night's sleep.
Day 7: Lake Natron - Lake Manyara - Arusha
On the final day of our budget safari, we will visit Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its diverse birdlife and tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a game drive in the park, taking in the stunning views of the lake and spotting various animals such as elephants, baboons, and hippos. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha, where our safari concludes.
