Day 1: Arrival in Kampala
Welcome to Uganda! Upon your arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. Take some time to relax and rest after your journey and prepare for the exciting adventures ahead.
Day 2: Kampala City Tour
After breakfast, we will embark on a city tour of Kampala. Visit the famous Kasubi Tombs, Uganda Museum, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, and the vibrant markets of Owino and Nakasero. Enjoy the bustling city life and immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Uganda.
Day 3: Kibale National Park
Today, we will leave Kampala and head towards Kibale National Park. Known for its diverse primate population, Kibale is the best place in Uganda to track chimpanzees. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to take a nature walk and explore the beautiful forest. Prepare for an incredible encounter with our closest relatives in the animal kingdom.
Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, we will proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This park is famous for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. Enjoy a thrilling game drive in the afternoon and witness the beauty of the African savannah. In the evening, take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel and admire the stunning scenery and wildlife that inhabit the area.
Day 5: Bwindi National Park
Today, we will journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to almost half of the world's population of endangered mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, you will have some leisure time to relax and prepare for the memorable gorilla trekking experience that awaits you the following day.
Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Get ready for an unforgettable experience as we embark on a gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi National Park. With the guidance of experienced trackers, you will hike through the dense forest, following the trails of these magnificent creatures. Witnessing the gorillas in their natural habitat is a truly awe-inspiring and humbling experience that you will cherish forever.
Day 7: Return to Entebbe Airport
After breakfast, we will depart from Bwindi and head back to Entebbe Airport. Enjoy the scenic drive as we pass through lush landscapes and rural villages. Upon arrival at the airport, bid farewell to Uganda with memories of a lifetime and continue your onward journey.
