Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa
Upon arrival in Addis Ababa, you will be transferred to your hotel. After checking in, you can spend the rest of the day exploring the city.
Day 2: Addis Ababa City Tour
After breakfast, you will embark on a city tour of Addis Ababa, which includes a visit to the National Museum, Holy Trinity Cathedral, and Mount Entoto. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Merkato, the largest open-air market in Africa.
Day 3: Addis Ababa to Arba Minch
After breakfast, you will drive south to the town of Arba Minch. Along the way, you will stop at Lake Ziway and Lake Langano, two of the Rift Valley's beautiful lakes. You will also pass through the Wolayta and Gurage villages before arriving in Arba Minch.
Day 4: Arba Minch to Jinka
After breakfast, you will drive to Jinka, passing through Konso and Key Afer. Along the way, you will visit the Konso Cultural Center, where you can learn about the Konso people's way of life. You will also have the opportunity to visit the weekly market in Key Afer.
Day 5: Jinka to Turmi
After breakfast, you will drive to Turmi, passing through the Mago National Park. Along the way, you will visit the Mursi people, known for their unique lip plates. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Benna and Ari villages.
Day 6: Turmi to Omorate
After breakfast, you will drive to Omorate, located on the banks of the Omo River. Here, you will visit the Dasenech people and experience their way of life. You will also take a boat ride on the Omo River.
Day 7: Omorate to Addis Ababa
After breakfast, you will drive back to Addis Ababa. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to stop at various viewpoints and take in the stunning scenery. In the evening, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
