6-Day Tanzania Wildebeest Migration Safari

Day 1: Arusha

Arrive in Arusha, Tanzania, and transfer to your lodge. Take some time to relax and acclimate to the local surroundings. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore the city or visit nearby attractions.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its large herds of elephants, Tarangire offers stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive in the park, spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various species of birds. In the evening, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

Today, visit Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and diverse birdlife. Take a game drive through the park, exploring its lush forests, open grasslands, and the beautiful lake. Look out for hippos, flamingos, elephants, and other wildlife. Later, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4-5: Serengeti National Park

Embark on an exciting journey to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa's most iconic wildlife destinations. Spend two days exploring the vast plains and witnessing the incredible wildebeest migration. Encounter lions, cheetahs, zebras, and other predators and prey in their natural habitat. Enjoy game drives and capture unforgettable wildlife moments. Rest and rejuvenate at your lodge during the evenings.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater and Karatu District

Today, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the unique ecosystem within the crater, home to a wide variety of wildlife including the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino). After an amazing game drive, head to Karatu District where your safari concludes. Transfer back to Arusha or continue with your onward journey.
