Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel. Take some time to relax and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.
Day 2: Entebbe - Budongo Forest
After breakfast, we will drive to Budongo Forest, located in the northwest of Uganda. This beautiful forest is home to a variety of bird species, including the rare Puvel's Illadopsis. Enjoy a nature walk through the forest, spotting different bird species and other wildlife along the way. In the evening, we will head to our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Budongo Forest - Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, we will depart for Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive through the park, where you will have the opportunity to spot elephants, giraffes, lions, and many other wildlife species. End the day with a visit to the top of the spectacular Murchison Falls, where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge, creating a magnificent waterfall.
Day 4: Murchison Falls National Park - Kidepo Valley National Park
After an early breakfast, we will drive to Kidepo Valley National Park, located in the remote northeastern part of Uganda. Enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside, passing by local villages and beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, you can relax or take a nature walk around the lodge to spot some of the park's resident wildlife.
Day 5: Kidepo Valley National Park - Gulu - Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, we will depart Kidepo Valley National Park and drive to Gulu, a vibrant town in northern Uganda. Take a short tour of the town and have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda where you can see rhinos in the wild. Enjoy a guided rhino tracking experience and learn about the conservation efforts to protect these magnificent creatures. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the sanctuary.
Day 6: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary - Entebbe
After breakfast, we will drive back to Entebbe, where you will have the opportunity to visit local markets and craft shops to buy souvenirs. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
