Day 1: Arrival in Kampala
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Take the rest of the day to relax and acclimate to the local surroundings.
Day 2: Explore Kampala
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Kampala, the vibrant capital city of Uganda. Visit historical landmarks such as the Kasubi Tombs, Uganda Museum, and Namugongo Martyrs Shrine. You will also have the opportunity to explore local markets, taste delicious Ugandan cuisine, and interact with friendly locals.
Day 3: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
In the morning, depart from Kampala and drive towards Murchison Falls National Park, located in northwestern Uganda. Enjoy a scenic drive through rural landscapes, passing by local villages and lush greenery. Arrive at the park in the afternoon and check-in at your lodge.
Day 4: Primate Tracking in Murchison Falls National Park
Today, you will embark on an exciting primate tracking adventure in Murchison Falls National Park. This park is home to a variety of primates including chimpanzees, baboons, and monkeys. Accompanied by experienced guides, trek through the forest in search of these incredible creatures. Observe them in their natural habitat and learn about their behaviors and conservation efforts.
Day 5: Boat Safari and Departure
After breakfast, embark on a thrilling boat safari on the Nile River. Cruise along the river and witness the magnificent Murchison Falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging into a powerful waterfall. Keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. In the afternoon, bid farewell to Murchison Falls National Park and begin your journey back to Kampala. Upon arrival, our representative will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
