Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and Transfer to Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, our representative will meet and greet you. You will then be transferred to your mid-range lodge in Arusha, where you can relax and acclimatize to the African environment. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the surroundings or simply rest and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will depart from Arusha and drive to the Serengeti National Park. This iconic park is famous for its vast savannahs, abundant wildlife, and the annual wildebeest migration. En route, we will stop at the Olduvai Gorge, where you can learn about the archaeological discoveries made by Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey. Afterward, we will continue our journey to the Serengeti, arriving in the afternoon. You will have the opportunity to embark on an evening game drive before settling into your mid-range lodge for the night.
Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in the Serengeti National Park
Today, we will spend the whole day exploring the Serengeti National Park. With its diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife, the park offers a unique safari experience. We will traverse the vast plains, spotting various animals such as lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many more. Your experienced guide will provide valuable insights and ensure that you have the best wildlife encounters. After an exciting day of game drives, we will return to our lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will depart from the Serengeti and head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, we will pass through the beautiful highlands of the Ngorongoro region, offering breathtaking views of the landscape. Upon arrival at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, we will descend into the crater floor for a thrilling game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to a wide variety of animals, including the Big Five. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before ascending back to the rim and overnighting at a mid-range lodge nearby.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater to Kilimanjaro Airport
On the final day of your safari, we will have an early breakfast and depart from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Our journey will take us back to Kilimanjaro Airport, with en route stops for lunch and any additional sightseeing or shopping you may wish to do. Upon arrival at the airport, our services will come to an end as we bid you farewell and wish you a safe journey onwards.
