Day 2: Central Serengeti
After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to the Central Serengeti. After breakfast, depart from the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, you will enjoy stunning views of the Ngorongoro Highlands. Upon arrival, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to an incredible concentration of wildlife. Explore the diverse ecosystem and spot various species, including the Big Five. In the late afternoon, ascend to the crater rim and check-in at your lodge. Overnight near the Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Departure
On your last day, wake up early to make the most of your final game drive within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The crater floor presents an excellent opportunity to spot more wildlife before bidding farewell to this remarkable destination. After the game drive, return to Arusha, where you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
