Day 1: Arusha
Start your 5-day Explore Tanzania Wildlife Safari in Arusha, the gateway to many of Tanzania's national parks. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for check-in and some rest. In the afternoon, you can explore the city and visit the local markets to experience the vibrant Tanzanian culture. Enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and head towards Tarangire National Park. Known for its large elephant population, Tarangire National Park offers incredible wildlife sightings. Embark on a game drive and keep an eye out for elephants, lions, giraffes, and various bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the park's scenic landscapes. Later in the afternoon, proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
On day 3, you will travel to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa's most famous wildlife destinations. Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge, witnessing the vast plains and diverse wildlife. Serengeti National Park is renowned for the annual wildebeest migration, where millions of wildebeests and zebras traverse the plains in search of fresh grazing. Spend the night at your lodge in the heart of the Serengeti.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater, which is home to a high concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos). Enjoy a game drive within the crater and marvel at the stunning landscapes. In the evening, head to your lodge located on the crater rim for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park and Departure
On the final day, visit Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse birdlife and tree-climbing lions. Embark on a game drive and explore the park's unique landscapes, including the alkaline lake and dense forests. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the park. In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to Arusha, where your journey ends.
