Day 1: Arusha

Your 4-day Touch of Wilderness camping safari begins in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania's famous national parks. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly guide and transferred to your accommodation. Take some time to settle in and relax before embarking on an afternoon city tour of Arusha.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. Upon arrival, we will embark on a game drive, exploring the park's lush forests, open grasslands, and alkaline lake. Keep an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and a wide variety of bird species. In the evening, we will set up our campsite within the park and enjoy a delicious dinner under the starry African sky.

Day 3: Central Serengeti

Today, we will head towards the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, specifically the central region. The journey itself is an adventure as you witness the changing landscapes and spot wildlife along the way. Upon entering the park, we will embark on a game drive, exploring the vast plains and searching for the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino) as well as other fascinating animals. In the evening, we will set up our campsite in the heart of the Serengeti and enjoy a traditional African dinner.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

On the final day of your camping safari, we will visit the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater floor, often referred to as the "Africa's Eden," and marvel at the incredible concentration of wildlife. The crater is home to a diverse range of animals, including lions, elephants, rhinos, hippos, zebras, and wildebeest, to name a few. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst this natural wonder before embarking on a game drive around the crater. In the late afternoon, we will begin our journey back to Arusha, where your safari will come to an end.
