Day 1: Entebbe
Start your 4-day Murchison, Rhino Tracking, and Chimp Tracking Tour in Entebbe, Uganda. Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to relax and acclimate to the local surroundings.
Day 2: Entebbe - Murchison Falls National Park
In the morning, you will be driven to Murchison Falls National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Ugandan countryside, passing by picturesque villages and lush landscapes. Upon arrival at the park, check in to your lodge and have some time to freshen up.
After lunch, embark on an exciting game drive in the park. Murchison Falls National Park is home to a variety of wildlife including elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, and buffaloes. Keep your eyes peeled for these magnificent creatures as you explore the park's vast savannahs.
In the evening, take a boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of the mighty Murchison Falls. Day 3: Rhino Tracking
Today, set out on a thrilling rhino tracking adventure. Drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda where you can encounter wild rhinos. Accompanied by experienced guides, trek through the sanctuary's bushy terrain in search of these magnificent creatures. Get up close to these gentle giants and learn about their conservation efforts.
After the rhino tracking experience, return to Murchison Falls National Park for an afternoon game drive. Explore different parts of the park and spot more wildlife in their natural habitat.
Day 4: Chimp Tracking and Departure
On your final day, head to the Budongo Forest for an unforgettable chimp tracking experience. Embark on a guided trek through the forest, following the sounds of chimps and looking for clues of their presence. Once you find them, observe these intelligent primates as they go about their daily activities in the wild.
After the chimp tracking, enjoy a picnic lunch in the forest before starting your journey back to Entebbe. Arrive in Entebbe in the late afternoon and transfer to the airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your 4-day Murchison, Rhino Tracking, and Chimp Tracking Tour.
