Day 1: Arusha
Your 4-day Tanzania camping safari begins in Arusha, a vibrant city located at the foot of Mount Meru. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our professional guide who will transfer you to your hotel. Take some time to relax and acclimatize to the local surroundings before embarking on your exciting safari adventure.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we will drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and picturesque landscapes. The park is famous for its large population of elephants and baobab trees. Enjoy a thrilling game drive, spotting various animals such as lions, leopards, giraffes, and zebras. Set up camp in the heart of the park and immerse yourself in the beauty of the African wilderness.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Today, we head towards the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Embark on a game drive through the vast plains of the Serengeti, where you can witness the annual wildebeest migration (if timing permits). Keep your eyes peeled for the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos) as well as a variety of other fascinating animals and bird species. Spend the night camping in the heart of the Serengeti.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Arusha
On the final day of your camping safari, wake up early for a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti. Enjoy the breathtaking views and capture memorable photos of the wildlife. After breakfast, depart from Serengeti National Park and drive back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
