Unforgettable 3-Day Murchison Falls Safari


Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe and Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with the transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. The sanctuary is located in Nakasongola district, about a 3-hour drive from Entebbe. Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary is home to the endangered white rhinos and offers a unique opportunity for rhino trekking. After checking in at your lodge, you will have the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the next day's activities.

Day 2: Safari in Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Murchison Falls National Park, a journey that takes approximately 4-5 hours. Upon arrival, you will embark on a game drive through the park, where you will have the chance to spot various wildlife species such as elephants, giraffes, lions, buffaloes, and more. The park is also known for its diverse birdlife, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. In the afternoon, you will take a boat safari along the Nile River to the base of the magnificent Murchison Falls. Here, you will witness the powerful rush of water as it squeezes through a narrow gorge, creating a spectacular sight. After the boat safari, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala and Departure

On the last day of your safari, you will have breakfast and then begin your journey back to Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the scenic views of the countryside and make stops at local markets or craft shops to buy souvenirs. Upon arrival in Kampala, our guide will drop you off at your preferred location, which can be a hotel or the airport, depending on your departure arrangements. This marks the end of your 3-day magnificent Murchison Falls Safari, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Uganda's natural beauty and wildlife.
