Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Day 2: Explore Entebbe
Start your day with a visit to the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, where you can learn about the country's diverse wildlife through educational exhibits and encounters. In the afternoon, take a boat ride on Lake Victoria to visit Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary, home to orphaned chimpanzees.
Day 3: Journey to Lake Mburo National Park
Leave Entebbe and drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon game drive, where you can spot zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and various antelope species. End the day with a relaxing boat ride on Lake Mburo, observing hippos and crocodiles.
Day 4: Game Drives and Nature Walks
Start your day with an early morning game drive to catch a glimpse of the park's diverse wildlife. Afterward, embark on a guided nature walk, accompanied by an experienced ranger who will provide insights about the park's flora and fauna.
Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Today, you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to half of the world's remaining mountain gorillas. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way as you pass through rural villages and rolling hills.
Day 6-8: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Embark on an unforgettable gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Trek through the dense forest, guided by experienced trackers, until you find a gorilla family. Spend an hour observing and photographing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.
Day 9: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Leave Bwindi and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a variety of bird species.
Day 10: Game Drives and Tree Climbing Lions
Embark on an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse wildlife. Keep an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha as you explore the park.
Day 11: Explore Kibale National Park
Drive to Kibale National Park, known for its population of chimpanzees. In the afternoon, embark on a guided chimpanzee tracking experience, where you can observe these playful primates up close.
Day 12: Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary
Visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-based initiative that offers guided nature walks through a swampy habitat. Spot a variety of bird species, monkeys, and other wildlife while supporting local conservation efforts.
Day 13-14: Murchison Falls National Park
Drive to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda's largest protected area. Enjoy game drives, boat safaris, and a hike to the top of the falls, where the Nile River forces its way through a narrow gorge, creating a spectacular sight.
Day 15-16: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Jinja
Visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a safe haven for Uganda's endangered rhinos. Take a guided walking safari to observe these magnificent creatures. Continue to Jinja, the source of the Nile River, and enjoy activities such as white-water rafting, boat cruises, and cultural experiences.
Day 17: Departure
After breakfast, transfer back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your 17-day adventure in Uganda's major tourist attractions.
