Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport

Day 2: Exploring Entebbe
Today, you will explore the beautiful town of Entebbe. Visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, where you can encounter various wildlife species up close. Take a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Victoria and enjoy the stunning views. In the evening, visit the local markets and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the region.
Day 3: Transfer to Kampala
After breakfast, you will be driven to Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and then embark on a city tour. Visit historical sites like the Kasubi Tombs, Uganda Museum, and the vibrant Owino Market. Enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the city and indulge in local cuisine.
Day 4: Journey to Kitgum
Today, you will travel to Kitgum, a town in northern Uganda. Enjoy the scenic drive through rural landscapes, passing by traditional villages and farmlands. Upon arrival in Kitgum, check into your hotel and rest for the evening.
Day 5-6: Discovering Kidepo Valley National Park
Embark on a thrilling adventure as you journey to Kidepo Valley National Park, one of Uganda's most remote and pristine wilderness areas. Spend two days exploring the park, known for its abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras. Enjoy game drives, guided nature walks, and soak in the breathtaking beauty of the park's landscapes.
Day 7: Transfer to Gulu
After breakfast, depart for Gulu, a bustling town located in northern Uganda. Enjoy the scenic drive and arrive in Gulu in the afternoon. Take a stroll through the town, visit local markets, and interact with the friendly locals.
Day 8-9: Wildlife Safari in Murchison Falls National Park
Head towards Murchison Falls National Park, one of Uganda's most iconic and diverse wildlife reserves. Spend two days exploring the park's vast savannahs, dense forests, and the awe-inspiring Murchison Falls. Enjoy game drives, boat safaris along the Nile River, and hike to the top of the falls for breathtaking views.
Day 10: Journey to Hoima
Today, you will travel to Hoima, a town located in western Uganda. Enjoy the scenic drive through the picturesque countryside and arrive in Hoima in the afternoon. Check into your hotel and relax for the evening.
Day 11-15: Wildlife Encounters in Hoima
Spend the next five days exploring the wildlife-rich areas around Hoima. Visit nearby national parks, such as Kibale Forest National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for their diverse wildlife and primate populations. Enjoy chimpanzee tracking, game drives, and boat safaris, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of these parks.
Day 16: Departure from Entebbe
After breakfast, you will be transferred back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight. Bid farewell to Uganda, taking with you unforgettable memories of your 16-day exploration of the country's wildlife.
