15-Day Zambezi and Luangwa Valleys Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arriving at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with the immigration process and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Take the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey.
Day 2: Livingstone Airport to Livingstone
After breakfast, transfer to Livingstone Airport and catch a flight to Livingstone. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your lodge where you can settle in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In the afternoon, visit the famous Victoria Falls and witness the awe-inspiring beauty of this natural wonder.
Day 3: Explore Livingstone
Spend the day exploring Livingstone, known as the adventure capital of Zambia. You can choose from a variety of activities such as bungee jumping, white-water rafting, helicopter rides, or a relaxing sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.
Day 4: Kariba Gorge
Today, embark on a scenic drive to Kariba Gorge. Along the way, admire the stunning landscapes and stop at viewpoints to take in the breathtaking views. Arrive at Kariba Gorge and enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the gorge. In the afternoon, continue to Lower Zambezi National Park.
Day 5-8: Lower Zambezi National Park
Spend the next four days exploring the abundant wildlife and natural beauty of Lower Zambezi National Park. Enjoy game drives, walking safaris, and boat cruises along the Zambezi River, where you can spot elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.
Day 9: Lusaka
Leave Lower Zambezi National Park and drive to Lusaka, the capital city of Zambia. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, explore Lusaka's vibrant markets, museums, and local attractions.
Day 10: Chipata
After breakfast, drive to Chipata, a town located near South Luangwa National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive and arrive at your lodge in Chipata. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the local area or relaxing at the lodge.
Day 11-14: South Luangwa National Park
For the next four days, explore the renowned South Luangwa National Park. Embark on game drives and walking safaris led by experienced guides, giving you the opportunity to spot lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and a variety of antelope species. Enjoy the stunning landscapes and immerse yourself in the wilderness.
Day 15: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight from Chipata. Bid farewell to the beautiful Zambezi and Luangwa Valleys, taking with you unforgettable memories of your African adventure.
