Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, you can explore the beautiful town of Entebbe and its nearby attractions.
Day 2: Entebbe Airport
After breakfast, we will head to Entebbe Airport for a tour. This airport has a unique wildlife sanctuary where you can see various bird species, monkeys, and other animals. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the conservation efforts taking place at the sanctuary. In the afternoon, we will return to Entebbe for overnight stay.
Day 3: Sipi Falls
Today, we will drive to Sipi Falls, located in eastern Uganda. Sipi Falls is a beautiful series of three waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery. You can take a guided hike to explore the falls and enjoy the stunning views. In the evening, relax at your accommodation and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
Day 4: Pian-Upe Wildlife Reserve
After breakfast, we will proceed to Pian-Upe Wildlife Reserve, one of the largest protected areas in Uganda. This reserve is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, zebras, giraffes, and various bird species. Enjoy a game drive and experience the thrill of spotting these magnificent animals in their natural habitat. Overnight stay in the reserve.
Day 5-7: Kidepo Valley National Park
We will spend the next three days exploring Kidepo Valley National Park. This remote park is known for its diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. Enjoy game drives, guided nature walks, and bird watching activities. You may have the chance to spot lions, elephants, buffalos, cheetahs, and many other species. Overnight stays in the park.
Day 8-10: Murchison Falls National Park
Next, we will travel to Murchison Falls National Park, one of Uganda's most popular parks. Enjoy boat safaris along the Nile River, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. Take a hike to the top of the mighty Murchison Falls and witness the powerful rush of water. Game drives will give you the opportunity to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and more. Overnight stays in the park.
Day 11-15: Local Community Tour
For the remaining days of your itinerary, we will arrange a local community tour where you can interact with the friendly locals and learn about their traditional way of life. You will have the chance to participate in cultural activities, visit local markets, and even stay with a host family for an authentic experience. This tour will give you a deeper understanding of Uganda's rich culture and heritage.
At the end of your 15-day wildlife safari and local community tour, we will transfer you back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight. We hope you have had an unforgettable experience exploring Uganda's incredible wildlife and connecting with its vibrant communities.
