Day 1: Johannesburg, South Africa
Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will be met by your driver and transferred to your hotel for the evening. You will have some free time to explore the city and relax before your safari adventure begins.
Day 2: Khama Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, you will depart Johannesburg and drive to the Khama Rhino Sanctuary in Botswana. Here, you will have the opportunity to see both white and black rhinos, as well as other wildlife such as giraffes and zebras. You will spend the night at a lodge in the sanctuary.
Day 3-4: Maun
After breakfast, you will continue your journey to Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. You will spend two nights in Maun, where you can explore the town and prepare for your safari adventure.
Day 5-6: Okavango Delta
After breakfast, you will embark on a mokoro (traditional canoe) excursion in the Okavango Delta. You will spend two nights at a campsite in the delta, where you can explore the waterways and see wildlife such as elephants, hippos, and crocodiles.
Day 7-8: Moremi Game Reserve
After breakfast, you will drive to the Moremi Game Reserve, where you will spend two nights camping. Moremi is known for its diverse wildlife, including lions, leopards, and wild dogs.
Day 9: Nata
After breakfast, you will drive to Nata, where you will spend the night at a lodge. Nata is known for its large salt pans and birdlife, including flamingos.
Day 10-11: Kasane
After breakfast, you will drive to Kasane, where you will spend two nights at a lodge. Kasane is located on the banks of the Chobe River, and is home to some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. You will have the opportunity to take a boat cruise on the river and see elephants, hippos, and crocodiles.
Day 12-13: Chobe National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Chobe National Park, where you will spend two nights camping. Chobe is known for its large elephant herds and predators such as lions and hyenas.
Day 14: Departure
After breakfast, you will drive back to Johannesburg for your departure flight home.
