Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with immigration procedures and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Take some time to relax and acclimatize to the new surroundings.
Day 2: Exploring Entebbe
In the morning, enjoy a city tour of Entebbe, visiting attractions such as the Entebbe Botanical Gardens and the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre. In the afternoon, take a boat trip to Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary, where you can observe and interact with rescued chimpanzees.
Day 3-4: Murchison Falls National Park
Depart for Murchison Falls National Park, the largest conservation area in Uganda. Enjoy game drives to spot various wildlife species, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and buffaloes. Take a boat cruise along the Nile River to witness the breathtaking Murchison Falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge.
Day 5: Budongo Forest
Embark on a nature walk in the Budongo Forest Reserve, known for its diverse array of primates and bird species. Trek through the forest to encounter chimpanzees in their natural habitat. Learn about their behavior and conservation efforts to protect these endangered creatures.
Day 6-7: Kibale National Park
Travel to Kibale National Park, famed for its population of habituated chimpanzees. Embark on a thrilling chimpanzee trekking experience, observing these intelligent creatures up close. Explore the lush rainforest, home to other primates like red colobus monkeys and L'Hoest's monkeys.
Day 8-9: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife. Enjoy game drives to spot lions, leopards, elephants, and hippos. Take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that connects Lake Edward and Lake George, to see crocodiles, water birds, and more.
Day 10-12: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Continue exploring Queen Elizabeth National Park, discovering its hidden gems and lesser-known areas. Engage in activities such as birdwatching, nature walks, and cultural encounters with local communities. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the park's landscapes and wildlife.
Day 13: Departure
After breakfast, bid farewell to Queen Elizabeth National Park and begin your journey back to Entebbe International Airport. Our representative will transfer you to the airport, ensuring a smooth departure process as you head home with unforgettable memories of your Uganda safari experience.
