Day 1: Arusha

Your 13-day migration special and Tanzania northern part adventure begins in Arusha. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take some time to relax and get acclimatized to the surroundings. In the evening, you can explore the local markets and enjoy some traditional Tanzanian cuisine.

Day 2: Arusha - Mto wa Mbu

After breakfast, you will drive towards Mto wa Mbu, a vibrant town located near Lake Manyara National Park. En-route, you will pass through stunning landscapes and local villages. In Mto wa Mbu, you can immerse yourself in the local culture, visit the colorful markets, and interact with the friendly locals.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

Today, you will embark on a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Known for its diverse birdlife and tree-climbing lions, this park offers a unique safari experience. You can also spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various species of antelopes. In the evening, you will return to your lodge for a relaxing evening.

Day 4: Tarangire National Park

Head towards Tarangire National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and beautiful baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive, where you can spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, and numerous bird species. The park's picturesque landscapes and abundance of wildlife will leave you in awe.

Day 5-6: Serengeti National Park

Embark on a thrilling journey to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa's most renowned wildlife sanctuaries. Spend two days exploring the vast plains, witnessing the Great Wildebeest Migration, and encountering the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos). Enjoy game drives, picnic lunches, and the breathtaking beauty of the Serengeti.

Day 7: Northern Serengeti

Continue your exploration of the Serengeti, focusing on the northern region. This area is known for its river crossings, where thousands of wildebeests and zebras brave the crocodile-infested waters. Get the chance to witness this incredible spectacle and capture amazing photographs.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater

Today, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world's largest intact calderas. Enjoy a game drive within the crater, where you can spot a wide array of wildlife, including the endangered Black Rhino. The stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife make this a truly memorable experience.

Day 9-12: Serengeti/Ngorongoro

Return to the Serengeti for more game drives and exploration. Spend the next four days immersing yourself in the incredible wildlife and landscapes of this iconic national park. Witness the migration, follow predators on the hunt, and marvel at the untouched beauty of the African savannah.

Day 13: Departure

After breakfast, bid farewell to the Serengeti and drive back to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. You will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzania safari adventure.
