12-Day Uganda Safari: Explore the Pearl of Africa's Wildlife


Day 1: Entebbe

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, you can explore the town of Entebbe, visit the botanical gardens, or take a stroll along the shores of Lake Victoria.

Day 2-3: Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, we will drive to Murchison Falls National Park. This park is known for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and hippos. Enjoy a game drive in the park to spot these magnificent animals. The highlight of your visit will be a boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of the mighty Murchison Falls. Witness the powerful rush of water as it squeezes through a narrow gorge, creating a spectacular sight.

Day 4-5: Kibale National Park

Next, we will head to Kibale National Park, famous for its population of chimpanzees. Embark on a thrilling chimpanzee trekking experience, where you will have the opportunity to observe these intelligent primates up close. Kibale National Park is also home to a variety of other primates, such as monkeys and baboons. Take a nature walk through the lush forest, keeping an eye out for the diverse birdlife.

Day 6-7: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda's most popular safari destinations. Enjoy game drives in search of the park's abundant wildlife, including elephants, buffalos, and the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha. Take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Kyambura Gorge, known as the "Valley of the Apes," for a chance to track habituated chimpanzees.

Day 8: Maramagambo Forest

Today, we will visit the Maramagambo Forest, located within Queen Elizabeth National Park. Explore the forest on foot, accompanied by an experienced guide who will help you spot various wildlife species, including primates and birds. Visit the famous bat cave, where thousands of bats reside, and learn about the fascinating ecosystem of this unique forest.

Day 9-12: Return to Entebbe

After breakfast, we will start our journey back to Entebbe. Along the way, you can enjoy scenic views of the Ugandan countryside and make stops at local markets or villages. Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will have the opportunity to visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, where you can learn about the conservation efforts in the country. In the evening, you can relax at your hotel or explore the vibrant nightlife of Entebbe. Finally, after 12 days of exploring the diverse wildlife and natural wonders of Uganda, it's time to bid farewell to this beautiful country. Our representative will transfer you to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
