Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative who will assist you with the immigration procedures. Afterward, you will be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe for relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 2: Exploring Entebbe
After breakfast, embark on a tour of Entebbe, a charming town located on the shores of Lake Victoria. Visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, where you can see various rescued animals and learn about conservation efforts. Then, take a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Victoria to enjoy the beautiful scenery and spot some wildlife. In the evening, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Transfer to Kampala
After breakfast, drive to Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. Upon arrival, take a city tour to visit historical sites, cultural landmarks, and vibrant markets. Explore the Kasubi Tombs, Uganda Museum, and Namirembe Cathedral. In the evening, check-in at your hotel in Kampala for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Kibale National Park
After breakfast, depart for Kibale National Park, known for its diverse primate population. Enjoy a guided nature walk in the park, where you can encounter chimpanzees, monkeys, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to various bird species. Later, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Murchison Falls National Park
After an early breakfast, drive to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest national park in Uganda. Upon arrival, embark on a game drive to spot elephants, giraffes, lions, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of the powerful Murchison Falls. Transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife. Enjoy a game drive in the park to see elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and more. In the afternoon, take a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, where you can observe hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 7: Bwindi National Park
After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and relax. In the afternoon, visit a local community to learn about their culture and traditions. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 8: Gorilla Trekking
Today is the highlight of your safari – gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on the thrilling trek to find the gorillas. Spend a magical hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.
Day 9: Leisure Day
After the strenuous gorilla trekking experience, enjoy a leisure day at your lodge. You can relax, take nature walks, or engage in optional activities such as bird watching or visiting nearby waterfalls. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 10: Departure
After breakfast, bid farewell to the beautiful landscapes of Uganda as you drive back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight. End of the safari.
