Starting from Entebbe International Airport, you will embark on a memorable gorilla trekking experience in Uganda's Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, followed by a visit to Lake Mburo National Park. Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our friendly guide will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey, or explore the nearby attractions at your leisure.
Day 2-3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, you will be driven to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to almost half of the world's remaining mountain gorillas. Here, you will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience, where you will have the opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Spend two days exploring the park, immersing yourself in the beauty of the rainforest and getting up close and personal with the gorillas.
Day 4: Lake Mburo National Park
Leaving Bwindi behind, you will head to Lake Mburo National Park. This small but diverse park is known for its scenic landscapes and abundant wildlife. Take a boat ride on Lake Mburo, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. Enjoy a game drive in the afternoon, searching for zebras, impalas, buffalos, and other wildlife that call this park home.
Day 5-9: Serengeti National Park
Today, you will cross the border into Tanzania and drive to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa's most famous and spectacular wildlife destinations. Spend the next five days exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti, witnessing the annual wildebeest migration (if traveling during migration season), and encountering a wide range of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, and more. Enjoy game drives, guided walks, and unique cultural experiences in this iconic park.
Day 10: Departure
After breakfast, bid farewell to the Serengeti as you transfer to the nearest airstrip for your onward flight. From here, you can either fly back to Entebbe International Airport to catch your international flight or extend your trip to explore other incredible destinations in East Africa.
