Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon your arrival at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel. Take some time to rest and relax, and later you can explore the vibrant city of Nairobi at your own pace.
Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, located at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge, where you will spend the night. Amboseli is known for its large elephant herds and breathtaking views of the iconic mountain.
Day 3: Amboseli National Park
Spend the day exploring the vast plains of Amboseli National Park. Witness the incredible wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. You can also visit a local Maasai village to learn about their culture and way of life.
Day 4: Amboseli National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Cross the border into Tanzania and head towards the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area. Enjoy a scenic drive through the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania and arrive at your lodge situated on the rim of the crater.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Embark on an early morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the "eighth wonder of the world." This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to an abundance of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, and various bird species. After the game drive, relax at your lodge and enjoy the stunning views.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater to Central Serengeti
Leave the Ngorongoro Crater behind and make your way to the Central Serengeti, one of the best places to witness the annual wildebeest migration. Enjoy game drives along the way and arrive at your lodge in the heart of the Serengeti.
Day 7-8: Central Serengeti
Spend two full days exploring the vast plains of the Central Serengeti. Witness the incredible spectacle of the wildebeest migration, as millions of these animals traverse the Serengeti in search of fresh grazing lands. Keep an eye out for predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
Day 9: Central Serengeti to Masai Mara National Reserve
Today, you will leave Tanzania and cross the border into Kenya. Head towards the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, known for its abundant wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge, where you will spend the night.
Day 10: Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend the day exploring the Masai Mara National Reserve, home to the Big Five and numerous other species. Witness the incredible wildebeest crossings during the migration season (July to October) or enjoy sightings of resident wildlife throughout the year. In the evening, you will be transferred to Nairobi for your onward journey.
